In their opening game, Phillips defeated Colin Koivula (Thunder Bay, NONT) 6-4, then won 7-2 against Robbie Gordon (Sudbury, NONT) and 9-3 against David MacInnes (Schumacher, NONT). Phillips won 7-5 against Mike Assad (Thunder Bay, NONT). Phillips went on to lose 6-3 against Jeff Currie (Thunder Bay, NONT). Phillips lost 6-1 to Mike Jakubo (Copper Cliff, NONT). Phillips lost 7-4 to Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste Marie, NONT). Phillips lost 7-5 to Trevor Bonot (Stratton, NONT) where Phillips responded with a 8-6 win over Jordan Chandler (Sudbury, NONT). Phillips won 10-2 against Patrick Gelinas (Mattawa, NONT), then won 8-7 against Joe Scharf (Thunder Bay, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.

Phillips earned 4.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the The Dominion Provincial Championship. For week 26 of the event schedule, Phillips did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Phillips ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
