In their opening game, Jacobs defeated David MacInnes (Schumacher, NONT) 7-6, then won 6-3 against Colin Koivula (Thunder Bay, NONT) and 9-3 against Robbie Gordon (Sudbury, NONT). Jacobs went on to lose 9-3 against Jeff Currie (Thunder Bay, NONT). Jacobs lost 7-6 to Jakubo where Jacobs responded with a 8-4 win over Mike Assad (Thunder Bay, NONT). Jacobs won 7-4 against Tim Phillips (Sault Ste Marie, NONT), then won 8-2 against Patrick Gelinas (Mattawa, NONT) and 8-4 against Trevor Bonot (Stratton, NONT). Jacobs won 4-3 against Joe Scharf (Thunder Bay, NONT). Jacobs went on to lose 6-2 against Jordan Chandler (Sudbury, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the The Dominion Provincial Championship Championship title, Jacobs earned 8.000 world rankings points. For week 26 of the event schedule, Jacobs did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Jacobs ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
