Dave Elias (Winnipeg, MB) qualified for the 2011 MCT Championships playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-1 against Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB). of the 2011 MCT Championships in Morris, Manitoba;

Elias finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Elias defeated David Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) 5-3, then won 6-5 against Fowler and 6-0 against Randy Dutiaume (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Elias earned 1.665 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the MCT Championships, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 140th place overall with 8.708 total points. Elias ranks 180th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.275 points earned so far this season.
