Andrea Schopp (Fuessen, GER) needed a tiebreaker to advance to the playoffs, Schopp finished 5-4 in the 0-team qualifying round. . Schopp went on to lose 6-4 against Denmark's Lene Nielsen in their final qualifying round match.

Schopp earned 10.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Schopp did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 43rd place on the World Ranking Standings with 35.880 total points. Schopp ranks 297th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.000 points earned so far this season.
