Patti Lank (Lewiston, NY) won 5-4 over Aileen Sormunen (Duluth, MN) in the Final of the St. Paul Cash Spiel, held October 13 - 16, 2011 at the St. Paul Curling Club in St. Paul, . To advance to the championship game, Lank won 4-2 over Marlo Dahl (Thunder Bay, ON) in the semifinals
 
Lank finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lank defeated Sormunen 7-3, then went on to lose 8-3 against Maureen Stolt (St. Paul, MN). Lank responded with a 7-6 win over Alexandra Carlson (St. Paul, MN). Lank won 9-0 against Brigid Ellig (St. Paul, MN), then won 9-2 against Amy Anderson (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the St. Paul Cash Spiel Championship title, Lank earned 2.500 world rankings points along with the $3,031CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 45th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 27.975 total points. Lank ranks 66th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.500 points earned so far this season.
