Tom Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO) lost 7-4 to Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE) in the Final of the Radisson Blu Oslo Cup, held September 22 - 25, 2011 in Oslo, Norway. To advance to the championship game, Brewster won 7-2 over Oskar Eriksson (Lit , SWE) in the semifinals of the 2011 Radisson Blu Oslo Cup in Oslo, Norway; and won 6-2 over David Edwards (Aberdeen, SCO) in the quarterfinals.
 
Brewster finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brewster defeated Switzerland's Christian Bangerter 8-5, then won 7-1 against Markku Uusipaavalniemi (Helsinki, FIN) and 8-3 against Norway's Joacim Suther. Brewster went on to lose 4-2 against Sweden's Marcus Hasselborg in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Radisson Blu Oslo Cup, Brewster take home 10.575 world rankings points along with the $6,351CDN prize, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 12th place overall with 90.785 total points. Brewster ranks 8th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 23.895 points earned so far this season.
