In their opening game, McCarville defeated Miranda Solem (Grand Rapids, MN) 7-2, then won 9-4 against Minnesota's Maureen Stolt and 4-3 against Katie Spencer (Winnipeg, MB). McCarville won 7-4 against Liane Fossum (Thunder Bay, ON), then won 5-1 against Minnesota's Cassie Potter in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Molson Cash Spiel, McCarville take home 1.750 world rankings points along with the $1,866CDN prize, remaining in 19th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 95.800 total points.
