To advance to the championship game, Middaugh won 7-6 over Laura Crocker (Waterloo, ON) in the semifinals of the 2011 Royal LePage OVCA Women's Fall Classic in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada; and won 5-4 over Cathy Auld (Mississauga, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Royal LePage OVCA Women's Fall Classic in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada;

Middaugh finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Middaugh defeated Karen Sagle (Guelph, ON) 6-1, then won 8-4 against Alexandra Carlson (St. Paul, MN). Middaugh went on to lose 8-3 against Mary-Anne Arsenault (Halifax, NS). Middaugh responded with a 8-3 win over Manuela Siegrist (Basel, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Royal LePage OVCA Women's Fall Classic Championship title, Middaugh earned 6.150 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN first prize cheque, dropping 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 9th place overall with 140.465 total points. Middaugh ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 70.175 points earned so far this season.
