3-1 to Scott Madams (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 3-2 win over Manitoba's David Tonnellier. Kolomaya won 7-4 against Dean Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB). Kolomaya went on to lose 7-4 against Manitoba's Daniel Birchard. Kolomaya responded with a 5-4 win over Manitoba's Joey Witherspoon in their final qualifying round match.
