Menard won 7-6 against Serge Reid (Saguenay, PQ), then won 8-7 against Yannick Martel (Kenogami, PQ). Menard went on to lose 8-4 against Gagne. Menard responded with a 9-5 win over Martin Ferland (Levis, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Quebec Tankard, Menard take home 6.700 world rankings points, remaining in 11th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 179.020 total points. Menard ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 84.210 points earned so far this season.

WOLFVILLE, N.S. — Edmonton’s Team Selena Sturmay solidified a berth into the 2025 Montana’s Canadian Curling Trials, presented by Connect Hearing, with a 9-4 win over Team Kayla MacMillan (Victoria) in the third and final game of the women’s best-of-three final at the 2025 Home Hardware Canadian Pre-Trials on Sunday afternoon.
