Zharkova went on to lose 8-7 against Kelley Law (Richmond, BC). Zharkova responded with a 5-3 win over British Columbia's Karla Thompson. Zharkova won 9-2 against Dailene Sivertson (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Zharkova earned 4.200 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Kamloops Crown of Curling.
