Dailene Sivertson (Victoria, BC) qualified for the 2009 Kamloops Crown of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 9-7 against Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC). of the 2009 Kamloops Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Sivertson finished 4-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sivertson defeated British Columbia's Adina Tasaka 7-3, then won 6-3 against British Columbia's Kristen Fewster. Sivertson went on to lose 8-3 against British Columbia's Brenda Garvey. Sivertson responded with a 4-3 win over Nicole Backe (Nanaimo, BC). Sivertson went on to lose 9-2 against Olga Zharkova (Moscow, RUS). Sivertson responded with a 7-4 win over British Columbia's Kristen Fewster in their final qualifying round match.
 
Sivertson earned 4.200 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Kamloops Crown of Curling. For week of the event schedule, Sivertson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sivertson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
