Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB) won 6-4 over Crystal Webster (Calgary, AB) in the Final of the Grey Power Players' Championship, held April 13 - 18, 2010 in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. To advance to the championship game, Bernard won 6-5 over Eve Bélisle (Montreal, PQ) in the semifinals of the 2010 Grey Power Players' Championship in Dawson Creek, British Columbia; and won 6-3 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2010 Grey Power Players' Championship in Dawson Creek, British Columbia;
Bernard finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bernard defeated Jacqueline Harrison (Alliston, ON) 6-5, then went on to lose 8-2 against Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, AB). Bernard responded with a 7-5 win over Julie Hastings (Toronto, ON). Bernard won 8-5 against Webster in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Grey Power Players' Championship Championship title, Bernard earned 45.000 world rankings points along with the $25,000CDN first prize cheque. For week of the event schedule, Bernard did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Bernard ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
