Thomas Scoffin (Whitehorse, YK) won 8-5 over Jon Solberg (Whitehorse, YK) in the Final of the Yukon Mens Championship, held January 11 - 14, 2018 at the Whitehorse Curling Club in Whitehorse, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Scoffin won 8-4 over Bob Smallwood (Whitehorse, YK) in the semifinals of the 2018 Yukon Mens Championship in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada;
 
Scoffin finished 4-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scoffin lost 4-3 to Tyler Williams (Whitehorse, YK), then responded with a 9-7 win over Pat Paslawski (Whitehorse, YK). Scoffin went on to lose 6-5 against Solberg. Scoffin responded with a 9-3 win over Gord Zealand (Whitehorse, YK). Scoffin won 8-2 against Smallwood, then won 8-1 against Solberg in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Yukon Mens Championship Championship title, Scoffin earned 3.675 world rankings points. For week 23 of the event schedule, Scoffin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Scoffin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
