| In Own Words: To me Curling is something that drives me, which sounds fairly typical for a player of competitive sports; however, what I mean is off the ice. Curling successes on the ice mixed with off ice training and the coordination it takes to manage 4 players and a coach as we travel all over the province in tense competition; this pressure really keeps me focused. That being said, the feeling of being on a sheet of ice all on your own early in the morning is really liberating, knowing that life goals have been reached and exceeded on a sheet just like this and you have it all to yourself. I give this sport everything I have got to offer it, no shot is easy and no shot is hard, they are all just a chance to improve. Curling Highlights: Winning the Alberta Winter Games in 2010.
