Koe at Penticton

Watched stream of Koe game today. No Benny or Johnny Mo. Didn't recognize lead of 3 person team. No commentary so no info. Can anyone provide insight?

Koe at Penticton,

They were out of the tournament already. They put Denni Neufeld, their 5th in, and just played with 3. Other two probably went home.

Thanks. Hadn't seen earlier games. Knew they were struggling. After coming through C side to win last week, seems understandable.

Benny did side commentating on the ol' Kootube with Pete Stetski, sat out of that game as he was still feeling sore. 10 game grind early this season, whew, and right into the next event.

It was interesting seeing Koe sweep. Fun fact, he was JMo's third once upon a time.

Well we don't know the reason for why Ben and JMo bowed out in their last game so I think it's unfair to speculate i's unsportsmanlike. Could be that they just wanted to get to Oakville from there or just rest up prior o the Slam v using up energy in the last game of a cash spiel.

2 one-win teams playing each other, both out of the tournament. Koe off to the Slam for Tuesday after a busy weekend in Swift Current.

Just resting players. Nothing else really.

You keep saying that Koe was sweeping as though he was going the full length of the ice. He wasn't. He helped sweep exactly one rock, the first one in the fifth end, for about 25 feet from outside the hogline to 10 feet short of the rings. Other than that he swept rocks in the house, like he does every single game. Denni and BJ threw 42 rocks. They were beside each other's stones each time.

You may have seen BJ's bald head and thought it was Koe's bald head, or you are celebrating the one rock in the fifth end where he helped out for 25 feet. Koe had the black jacket on unless it was during skip rocks. There was never a time during the game the black jacket was beside the rock the whole way down.

Social media makes its money from speculation. Don't think the big boys need you trying to justify their actions.
