Carey knew the rules long ago and perhaps if she was really a team player the front end would not have deserted the sinking ship. No sympathy from anyone except her daddy of course.

No one knew the rules until late July of this year. The original qualification standards were all based on the 2020/2021 season. Teams formed for the 2020/2021 season had no shot at the new qualification standards revealed in July. This is where I have a problem with the decision that was made. Obviously the 2020/2021 season was a write off, but to ignore the teams who built their teams with the sole purpose of qualifying for the PreTrials, who did this based on the original qualifying standards is what really irritates me.

There were MANY teams caught up in the same scenario. Must have 3 of 4 original to maintain team totals. ALL knew the rules going in. Whining after the fact regardless of Covid influx is meaningless. Yes, too bad one of Canada’s best left on the outside........but, they all knew that waaaayyyy. ahead of time. Stick with your team, keep your points. Quit or get tossed off your team, deal with it.
