Question about the New Membership Model in the USA

I'm having trouble understanding this from what I've read, and I don't want to think I know the solution, so I'm curious if anyone has a conclusive response. Am I now a member of USA Curling since my club joined with no further obligations to USA Curling if I curl at a dedicated facility in the USA (I am a member of this local club) and my club chooses to join USA Curling and pays the $750 per sheet? Or does my club pay the $750 each sheet, and on top of the money the club paid to USA Curling, I have to pay the $25 or whatever individual membership?
Thanks,
slope game
