What kind of Training Regimen do you follow? I practice a minimum of 15 hours a week during mid-season. My training sessions consist of on-ice practice and drills, cardio workouts, weight training, and swimming. I also try to eat sensibly.
Also Work out five times per week, and include swimming.
Do others in your Family curl? Her entire family curls; her mother played Seniors out of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. She thanks five very competitive brothers and a sister for helping her develop the fierce intensity she displays.
