To advance to the championship game, Jones won 7-5 over James Grattan (Oromocto, NB) in the semifinals of the Rick Rowsell Classic in St. John's; and won 8-0 over Adam Boland (St. John's, NL) in the quarterfinals. of the Rick Rowsell Classic in St. John's;
