To advance to the championship game, Wark won 8-6 over Kayla Wilson (Kamloops, BC) in the semifinals of the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
Wark finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wark lost 5-0 to Shiella Cowan (New Westminster, BC), then responded with a 8-1 win over Harris. Wark won 7-3 against Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC), then won 9-1 against British Columbia's Megan Rempel in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, Wark take home 4.950 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN prize, moving up 30 spots the World Ranking Standings into 127th place overall with 7.796 total points. Wark ranks 90th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 4.950 points earned so far this season.
