To advance to the championship game, Hebert won 5-3 over Tanner Lott (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the Icebreaker Challenge in Morris, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-2 over Jonathan Kostna (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the Icebreaker Challenge in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Hebert are currently 1-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hebert defeated Austin Kadlec (Rice Lake, WI) 7-5, then went on to lose 9-1 against Sinnett. In their next game, Hebert plays Elliott Mansell (Denver, CO) on Saturday at 4pm and Timothy Hodek (Fargo, ND) at 10pm.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Icebreaker Challenge, Hebert take home 12.100 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN prize, moving up 12 spots the World Ranking Standings into 67th place overall with 45.663 total points.
