Anne Sophie Gionest (Saguenay, QC) finished 3-5 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gionest defeated Sophie Blades (Cornwall, PEI) 10-5, then went on to lose 8-6 against Cailey Locke (St. John's, NL). Gionest lost 10-4 to Dominique Vivier (Oakville, ON) where Gionest responded with a 11-7 win over Kate Weissent (Halifax, NS). Gionest went on to lose 9-2 against Myla Plett (Edmonton, AB). Gionest lost 8-5 to Melodie Forsythe (Fredericton, NB) where Gionest responded with a 11-4 win over Ava Beausoleil (Saskatoon, SK). Gionest went on to lose 8-3 against Cassidy Dundas (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Gionest earned 1.125 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 35 of the event schedule, Gionest did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Gionest ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
