Howard responded with a 10-1 win over Katie Ford (Guelph, ON) to advance to the C-Qualifier where they 7-6 against Markle to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

Howard earned 10.000 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the Ontario Womens Curling Championship, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 68th place overall with 42.423 total points. Howard ranks 73rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 32.126 points earned so far this season.
