Kristen Ryan (Maple Ridge, BC) run at the BC Women's Curling Championships, Presented by Best Western came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-5 loss to Kayla MacMillan (Victoria, BC). of the BC Women's Curling Championships, Presented by Best Western in Langley Twp, British Columbia, Canada;

Ryan finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ryan defeated Dailene Pewarchuk (Victoria, BC) 8-7, then won 12-4 against Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC) and 10-8 against Sarah Wark (Abbotsford, BC). Ryan won 7-4 against Taylor Reese-Hansen (Victoria, BC). Ryan went on to lose 8-3 against MacMillan. Ryan lost 8-6 to Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) where Ryan responded with a 8-4 win over Steph Jackson-Baier (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Ryan earned 8.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the BC Women's Curling Championships, Presented by Best Western, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 78th place overall with 36.656 total points. Ryan ranks 74th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 32.000 points earned so far this season.
