To advance to the championship game, Knapp won 7-1 over Garret Springer (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the Sask Curling Tour - Yorkton in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 5-3 over Charley Thomas (Saskatoon, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the Sask Curling Tour - Yorkton in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada;
Knapp finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knapp defeated Andrew Moulding (Saskatoon, SK) 11-2, then won 8-1 against Garret Fedak (Saskatoon, SK) and 7-3 against Ben Gamble (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Sask Curling Tour - Yorkton Championship title, Knapp earned 7.500 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 47th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 87.313 total points. Knapp ranks 51st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 45.750 points earned so far this season.
