Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB) won 6-5 over Nicky Kaufman (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Curling Alberta Womens Championship presented by Sentinel Storage, held January 22 - 25, 2025 at the Peter Lougheed Community Centre in Rimbey, Canada.

Skrlik finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Skrlik defeated Michelle Hartwell (Edmonton, AB) 7-5, then went on to lose 12-6 against Robyn Silvernagle (Sexsmith, AB). Skrlik responded with a 10-4 win over Myla Plett (Edmonton, AB). Skrlik won 11-5 against Janais DeJong (Grande Prairie, AB) to advance to the B-Qualifier where they 6-5 against Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Curling Alberta Womens Championship presented by Sentinel Storage Championship title, Skrlik earned 18.750 world rankings points, remaining in 14th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 0.75 after improving upon their best so far this season. Skrlik ranks 13th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 166.625 points earned so far this season.
