Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) qualified for the RBC Dominion Securities Western Showdown playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI). of the RBC Dominion Securities Western Showdown in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Brown finished 4-1 in the 17-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brown lost 7-3 to Strouse, then responded with a 7-6 win over Sherrilee Orsted (Moose Jaw, SK). Brown won 8-3 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB), then won 7-2 against Chelsea Carey (Winnipeg, MB) and 7-6 against Kayla MacMillan (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
