Freeman finished 7-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Freeman defeated Dallas Burgess (Thunder Bay, NONT) 9-7, then won 7-3 against James Ballance (Lethbridge, AB) and 11-2 against Thomas Reed (Maple Ridge, BC). Freeman won 7-3 against Jayden King (Ottawa, ON). Freeman went on to lose 8-4 against Jordon McDonald (Winnepeg, MB). Freeman responded with a 9-2 win over Chase MacMillan (Cornwall, PEI). Freeman won 8-6 against Newfoundland / Labrador's Nathan Young, then won 6-5 against Leandre Girard (Trois-Rivieres, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
Freeman earned 9.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the New Holland Canadian Junior Championship. For week 35 of the event schedule, Freeman did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Freeman ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
