Keiser finished 4-4 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Keiser defeated Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI) 10-6, then went on to lose 6-4 against Nora Wuest (Wallisellen, SUI). Keiser responded with a 9-1 win over Huerlimann. Keiser went on to lose 9-3 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Keiser lost 7-4 to Huerlimann. Keiser lost 8-2 to Jaeggi where Keiser responded with a 8-2 win over Wuest. Keiser won 6-5 against Tirinzoni in their final qualifying round match.
 
Keiser earned 12.750 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Swiss Curling Championships, remaining in 13th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 2.25 after improving upon their best so far this season. Keiser ranks 14th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 162.750 points earned so far this season.
