To advance to the championship game, Silvernagle won 12-7 over Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2023 Viterra Saskatchewan Scotties in Estevan, Saskatchewan;
Silvernagle finished 5-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Silvernagle defeated Brooklyn Stevenson (Regina, SK) 6-2, then won 9-4 against Skylar Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK). Silvernagle went on to lose 9-2 against Martin. Silvernagle responded with a 10-3 win over Amber Holland (Regina, SK). Silvernagle won 8-4 against Lorraine Schneider (Regina, SK) to advance to the B-Qualifier where they 8-2 against Anderson to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Viterra Saskatchewan Scotties Championship title, Silvernagle earned 22.500 world rankings points, moving up 37 spots the World Ranking Standings into 78th place overall with 40.581 total points. Silvernagle ranks 76th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 33.500 points earned so far this season.
