Lea Jere (Ljubliana, SLO) finished 2-3 in the 17 team World Mixed Doubles Qualification Event qualifying round, held December 2 - 7, 2022 in , . In their opening game, Jere defeated Susana Cole (Accra, NGR) 11-6, then went on to lose 8-6 against Yekaterina Kolykhalova (Almaty, KAZ).
