In their opening game, Ricci lost 6-2 to Nancy Martin (Saskatoon, SK), then responded with a 6-2 win over Sherrilee Orsted (Regina, SK). Ricci won 11-4 against Brett Barber (Biggar, SK). Ricci went on to lose 4-2 against Brooklyn Stevenson (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Ricci earned 2.625 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Ricci did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ricci ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
