Lauren Price (Moncton, NB) finished 2-2 in the 15 team Jim Sullivan Curling Classic qualifying round, held November 24 - 27 at the Capital Winter Curling Club in Fredericton, Canada. In their opening game, Price lost 6-5 to Jaclyn Crandall (Fredericton, NB), droppimg another game, 11-4 to Suzanne Birt (Summerside, PEI) where Price responded with a 8-4 win over Laurie Dohaher (New Brunswick). Price won 7-6 against Melodie Forsythe (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.

Price earned 1.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Price did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Price ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
