Chelsea Brandwood (Listowel, ON) won 8-4 over Breanna Rozon (Mississauga, ON) in the Final of the Home Again Curling Classic, held November 26 - 28, 2022 in Listowel, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Brandwood won 9-6 over Bella Croisier (Sudbury, NONT) in the semifinals of the 2022 Home Again Curling Classic in Listowel, Ontario; and won 5-2 over Krysta Burns (Sudbury, NONT) in the quarterfinals.
Brandwood finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brandwood defeated Rozon 7-6, then won 5-4 against Isabelle Ladouceur (Waterloo, ON) and 10-2 against Julia Bakos (London, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Home Again Curling Classic Championship title, Brandwood earned 22.500 world rankings points along with the $3,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 25 spots the World Ranking Standings into 66th place overall with 47.285 total points. Brandwood ranks 67th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 28.875 points earned so far this season.
