Rachel Homan/Tyler Tardi (Ottawa, ON) qualified for the 2022 Hardline Open playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Laura Walker/Kirk Muyres (Edmonton, AB). of the 2022 Hardline Open in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada;

Homan/Tardi finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan/Tardi defeated Lauren Wasylkiw/Shane Konings (Stouffville, ON) 9-5, then won 7-6 against Emilie Desjardins/Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC) and 11-3 against Jocelyn Lavoie/Danae Binette-Lavoie (Abitibi, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

Homan/Tardi earned 21.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Hardline Open.
