Sae Yamamoto (Sapporo, JPN) won 6-4 over Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) in the Final of the ARGO GRAPHICS Cup, held September 1 - 4, 2022 at the Kitami Curling Club in Kitami, Japan. To advance to the championship game, Yamamoto won 5-3 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) in the semifinals

Yamamoto finished 2-1 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yamamoto defeated Mayu Minami (Sapporo, JPN) 6-2, then won 7-6 against Asuka Kanai (Karuizawa, JPN). Yamamoto went on to lose 7-2 against Yoshimura in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the ARGO GRAPHICS Cup Championship title, Yamamoto earned 15.000 world rankings points along with the $9,137CDN first prize cheque.
