To advance to the championship game, King won 6-4 over Philippe Jauron (Cote-Nord, QC) in the semifinals of the 2022 Summer Series in Saquenay, Quebec;
 
King finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, King defeated Leandre Girard (Quebec, QC) 10-0, then won 7-3 against Quebec's Thomas Lauzon and 7-3 against Jolianne Fortin (Saguenay, QC). King went on to lose 9-4 against Patry in their final qualifying round match.
 
King ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
