Kaitlyn Lawes (Winnipeg, MB) run at the Boost National came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-5 loss to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). of the Boost National in North Bay, Ontario; Lawes advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-4 win over Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON). of the Boost National in North Bay, Ontario;

Lawes finished 2-2 in the 16 team Boost National qualifying round, held October 4 - November 9 in , . In their opening game, Lawes lost 8-5 to Raphaela Keiser (St. Moritz, SUI), then responded with a 6-3 win over Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER). Lawes won 8-5 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Lawes went on to lose 7-3 against Tirinzoni in their final qualifying round match.

Lawes earned 42.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Boost National, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 2.537 after improving upon their best so far this season. Lawes ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 96.250 points earned so far this season.
