Hannah Augustin (Kitzbuehel, AUT) finished 4-5 in the 10 team Le Gruyere AOP European B Curling Championships qualifying round, held November 20 - 27, 2021 in , . In their opening game, Augustin defeated Irantzu Garcia (Vitoria-Gasteiz, ESP) 11-6, then went on to lose 8-2 against Marianne Rorvik (Oslo, NOR). Augustin responded with a 11-2 win over Evelina Barone (Riga, LAT). Augustin won 7-4 against Daniela Matulova (Bratislava, SVK), then won 10-4 against Miia Ahrenberg (Hyvinkaa, FIN). Augustin went on to lose 7-2 against Agi Szentannai (Budapest, HUN). Augustin lost 8-7 to Hetty Garnier (Kent, ENG). Augustin lost 7-6 to Ajda Zaveljcina (Ljubliana, SLO). Augustin lost 8-7 to Virginija Paulauskaite (Lithuania) in their final qualifying round match.

Augustin earned 5.280 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 30 spots the World Ranking Standings into 158th place overall with 8.468 total points. Augustin ranks 119th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.468 points earned so far this season.
