To advance to the championship game, McLeod/Eldridge won 7-4 over Kira Brunton/Brett Lyon-Hatcher (Ottawa, ON) in the semifinals of the 2021 Fredericton Mixed Doubles in Fredericton, New Brunswick; and won 6-5 over Kendra Lister/Daniel Lister (Fredericton, NB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Fredericton Mixed Doubles in Fredericton, New Brunswick;

McLeod/Eldridge finished 2-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McLeod/Eldridge defeated Heather Munn/Nicholas Munn (Saint John, NB) 10-6, then won 10-5 against Veronica McGinn/Jared McGinn (Fredericton, NB). McLeod/Eldridge went on to lose 7-1 against Adams/Robichaud in their final qualifying round match.
