Michael Carss (Saskatoon, SK) qualified for the 2021 SaskTour Men's Nutana playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-1 against Jesse St. John (Swift Current, SK).

Carss finished 3-1 in the 26-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Carss defeated Cody Sutherland (North Battleford, SK) 7-4, then went on to lose 6-0 against Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK). Carss responded with a 5-4 win over Sam Wills (Regina, SK). Carss won 7-6 against Shaun Meachem (Swift Current, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Carss earned 9.492 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the SaskTour Men's Nutana, remaining in 83rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 2.081 after improving upon their best so far this season. Carss ranks 50th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 30.972 points earned so far this season.
