Jenni Cannon (Stranraer, SCO) finished 1-9 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cannon lost 10-8 to Beth Farmer (Kinross, SCO), droppimg another game, 8-1 to Fay Henderson (Dumfries, SCO). Cannon lost 7-5 to Amy MacDonald (Elgin, SCO). Cannon lost 12-4 to Rebecca Morrison (Aberdeen, SCO). Cannon lost 9-0 to Lucy Blair (Greenacres, SCO) where Cannon responded with a 7-2 win over Farmer. Cannon went on to lose 8-1 against Henderson. Cannon lost 8-4 to MacDonald. Cannon lost 10-3 to Morrison. Cannon lost 5-0 to Blair in their final qualifying round match.

Cannon earned 0.695 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 20 spots the World Ranking Standings into 217th place overall with 1.889 total points. Cannon ranks 223rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.695 points earned so far this season.
