Einarson finished 7-6 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson lost 6-5 to Hasselborg, then responded with a 9-2 win over Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE). Einarson went on to lose 8-5 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Einarson lost 8-7 to Alina Kovaleva (St. Petersburg, RCF). Einarson lost 7-6 to Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, USA). Einarson lost 6-2 to Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) where Einarson responded with a 8-4 win over EunJung Kim (Gangneung, KOR). Einarson won 10-4 against Stefania Constantini (Trentino, ITA), then won 6-5 against Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO) and 10-4 against Marie Turmann (Tallinn, EST). Einarson won 10-8 against Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN). Einarson went on to lose 7-5 against Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN). Einarson responded with a 6-4 win over Yu Han (Beijing, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Einarson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
