Bruce Mouat (Stirling, SCO) won 7-5 over Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste. Marie, NONT) in the Final of the GSOC Masters, held October 19 - 24, 2021 in Oakville, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Mouat won 6-4 over Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2021 GSOC Masters in Oakville, Ontario; and won 4-2 over Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) in the quarterfinals.
 
Mouat finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mouat defeated Rich Ruohonen (Minneapolis, MN) 7-3, then won 5-1 against Matt Dunstone (Regina, SK) and 7-4 against Bottcher in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the GSOC Masters Championship title, Mouat earned 91.111 world rankings points along with the $33,000CDN first prize cheque. Mouat move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 70.631 points improving upon their best 2 results so far this season, ranking 2nd overall with 333.103 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Mouat ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 161.600 points earned so far this season.
