Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE) run at the 2020 Swedish Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-2 loss to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). of the 2020 Swedish Championships in Jonkoping, Sweden;

Wrana finished 4-2 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Cecilia Fransson (Skelleftea, SWE) 6-4, then went on to lose 6-5 against Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE). Wrana lost 7-4 to Hasselborg where Wrana responded with a 7-4 win over Emma Moberg (Mjolby, SWE). Wrana won 8-2 against Nilla Hallstroem (Harnosand, SWE), then won 9-4 against Maria Larsson (Ostersund, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Wrana earned 11.870 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Swedish Championships, remaining in 18th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 7.418 after improving upon their best so far this season. Wrana ranks 18th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 185.771 points earned so far this season.
