Richard Muntain (Pinawa, MB) qualified for the 2019 Thistle Integrity Stakes playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-3 against Jacques Gauthier (Winnipeg , MB). of the 2019 Thistle Integrity Stakes in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;

Muntain finished 3-1 in the 15 team Thistle Integrity Stakes qualifying round, held November 29 - December 2, 2019 at the Thistle Curling Club in Winnipeg, Canada. In their opening game, Muntain defeated Riley Smith (Winnipeg, MB) 6-4, then won 6-3 against Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB). Muntain went on to lose 8-0 against Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB). Muntain responded with a 8-5 win over Grassie in their final qualifying round match.

Muntain earned 6.762 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Thistle Integrity Stakes. Muntain move up 121 spots after posting a net gain of 6.218 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 235th overall with 9.481 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
