Sitora Alliyarova (Almaty, KAZ) finished 2-5 in the 8-team qualifying round. . Alliyarova won 15-6 against Mubarkah Al-Abdulla (Doha, QAT). Alliyarova went on to lose 12-4 against Lauren Wagner (Melbourne, AUS). Alliyarova lost 17-2 to Yu Han (Beijing, CHN). Alliyarova lost 11-0 to Seina Nakajima (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Alliyarova earned 3.142 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 54 spots the World Ranking Standings into 203rd place overall with 4.279 total points. Alliyarova ranks 171st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 3.142 points earned so far this season.
