In their opening game, Cannon lost 6-3 to Elena Stern (Oberwallis, SUI), then responded with a 8-5 win over Eun-jin Oh (Jeonbuk, KOR). Cannon went on to lose 7-2 against EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR). Cannon lost 7-6 to Nina Roth (McFarland , USA) in their final qualifying round match.
