McKee Homes Fall Curling Classic qualifying round, held October 12 - 14, 2019 at the Airdrie Curling Club in Airdrie, Canada. In their opening game, Medford defeated Sangwoo Park (Korea, KOR) 7-3, then went on to lose 6-2 against Sergei Glukhov (Sochi, RUS). Medford lost 5-3 to Jacob Libbus (Edmonton , AB) where Medford responded with a 8-7 win over Shingo Usui (Kitami, JPN). Medford went on to lose 7-2 against Kalem Hamilton (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Medford earned 1.981 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 50 spots the World Ranking Standings into 275th place overall with 5.699 total points. Medford ranks 195th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.981 points earned so far this season.
